Bragg Photos

On 17th January, I went, along with what felt like hundreds of other photographers, to the Whittlesea Straw Bear Festival, for a wonderful day of photographing dancers, musicians and the eponymous dance-crazed Straw Bear.

There’s not much more I can say about this event that isn’t already widely known, except to say that it is an event and street photographers paradise, with something interesting going on at every turn, and plenty of people willing to pose for a portrait!

I took my Canon EOS 700d with 20mm and 50mm lenses, and also my film camera, the Canon EOS 300, which takes the same lenses. I did 3 rolls of film, and hundreds of digital photos!

Here are a selection of digital images. My film ones will be a while, having only just sent them off to the lab for developing!
