Expired Lloyds Film


Using an expired Lloyds Pharmacy 200 Colour film, I shot a number of beach scenes in Brighton, using my Canon EOS 300, including many double exposures, such as the picture postcard perfect one above. The film has expired in March 2008, and I found it on ebay.

I had no idea how the film would turn out, and most of the shots came with a strong yellow tint, which I was quite pleased with, and I mainly kept the yellow tint quite strong in the editing process – although I also thought some of the shots looked better in black and white.

It was also good to put the Canon EOS 300’s double (or more) exposure mode through its paces.
